Here’s how it works: you tell us your requirements and we do the following:

1. Select a short-list of suitable venues using our knowledge, expertise and databases

2. Negotiate rates, to save you money

3. Provisionally reserve venues, with no obligation to you

4. Discuss the options with you and arrange site visits if required

5. Give you quotations of the best options within 8 hours of your initial enquiry (outside UK 48 hours)

6. Finally, you choose your preferred venue and we make the booking and do all the paperwork for you!
